This is my homemade digital anemometer. It is made of cups rotating with a magnet triggering a reed switch. The wires are connected to an Arduino Uno that calculates the time between consecutive pulses (after reed switch debouncing by my arduino software)
Testing feasibility of using Neo-7 GPS and an ESP8266 to log position data to the cloud and then plot latest point on Google Maps. It works! Click on More Information to show the last logged point.
Storing my home BSNL FTTH connection speeds at regular intervals for visualizations. Data is being uploaded by my home automation and analytics system.
