Replaced the original Maxbotix ultrasonic range sensor with a waterproof unit (https://www.adafruit.com/products/1137) and relocated it higher in the tank to reflect its 20 cm minimum effective sensing range.

The tank is 41'4" in outer circumference, about 13'2" in diameter, walls are est. 4" thick cast concrete. The inner diameter is ~12.5', which is 122.72 cu ft per ft of depth, or 918 gallons/ft. Maximum volume as limited by the float valve is at roughly 8'4" of water depth or about 7650 gallons.
